How do I place an order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit, cheque and debit cards, provided they are enabled for online purchases. You may also use InstantEFT, Bitcoin and mobicred.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

For card purchases, please make sure your card is enabled for 3D Secure and online purchases. Should you have any difficulty placing an order, email us on hello@mobifixsa.com and we can assist you with placing an order manually.

How can I change delivery address?

If you have made a mistake with the address, please send us an email on hello@mobifixsa.com and we can assist you.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for all purchases above R500. If your order does not exceed R500, a flat rate of R50 is charged. However, should you live outside of South Africa, we are able to assist you and will quote you for a standard courier service. This might take longer than the standard 3-5 working days for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Do I have to order online?

Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. However, if you are battling to place an order, please email us on hello@mobifixsa.com.

Do you have the product in stock?
A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try and ship within 24-48 hours, however standard delivery times are 3-5 days at most. Delivery time is also dependent on the courier handling your purchase.
